Lounge Suite

Frame – 15 Years

The frame of your lounge suite is covered by a 15-year warranty.

If any defective materials are found, or there is evidence of poor workmanship that affects the structural integrity or performance of the item, we will repair or replace the parts necessary to rectify the issue.

Foam 5 Years

All foam used in the back, arm, and seat cushioning is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Some flattening or loss of resiliency will occur as a result of normal use and aging. Foams typically soften by approximately 10–20% within the first six months of use. This process, known as settling, is a normal characteristic of foam and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Cushion materials naturally conform to the shape of the user over time and this is not covered under warranty. Proper maintenance, including regular seat cushion rotation where applicable, will promote even wear and extend the life of your lounge suite.

Feather-filled cushions will naturally compress, shift, and settle with normal use and this is not considered a manufacturing defect; they should be regularly fluffed, rotated and reshaped to maintain fullness and even wear. Any feather loss due to normal settling is not covered under warranty.

Mechanical Components – 3 Years

Mechanical components, including recliner mechanisms, sofa bed mechanisms and click-clack type mechanisms, are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Electrical Components – 2 Years

Electrical components are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Fabric 1 Year

Upholstery fabrics are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wrinkling, fading or pilling.

Leather 3 years

Upholstery leathers are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Leather is a natural material and will develop comfort creases and stretching over time; this is a normal characteristic and is not considered a defect. Please note that some hair dyes, cosmetics, and medications may damage the surface coating of leather and are not covered under warranty.

We recommend using a leather cleaner and conditioner to help protect and extend the life of your leather lounge suite.

Mattress

3 - 10 Years

The warranty covering all components and covers defects in materials and manufacturing.
The warranty does not cover claims associated with normal wear and tear, customer misuse and issues with firmness or comfort.
Please choose your mattress carefully. Once a mattress has been used, it cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Mattresses will conform to your body and body impressions are likely to occur. This is expected and is not considered a defect with the mattress. There is a wear in period, where we suggest that you would normally need a month to get used to your new mattress. It may start to feel uncomfortable, especially as it gets to work to support your spine.

Wood & MDF

1 Year

Timber furniture is under a 1 year warranty covers against defective material and poor workmanship.
Timber products, being a natural material, are subject to change and movement. Normal wear and tear, changes to the appearance of the item due to normal expansion and contraction of timber as it reacts to climatic changes in its environment, improper care and damage from sunlight and excessive temperatures are not circumstances covered under warranty.
Natural variations in colour, knots, stress marks, are not considered defects of workmanship and materials and therefore not covered under warranty. Furniture made from recycled wood may have insect markings and/or nail holes and is not considered a warranty claim, but is considered a feature of these products. MDF furniture does not react well with moisture. Keep your MDF furniture in a dry room and wipe spills up immediately.

Outdoor Furniture

1 Year Foam & Fabric, 3 Years Frame

All of our outdoor furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty of three years on the timber, aluminium framing and wicker.
Fabric, textilene and foam comes with a warranty of one year. Each piece of outdoor furniture contains warranty terms and conditions and care and maintenance instructions.
Please read the warranty terms and conditions and care instructions carefully. Failure to follow the care instructions correctly when maintaining your product could result in premature aging or product failure and may void the manufacturer's warranty.

Sunbrella Fabric, 5 Years

This warranty protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to colour or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty covers Sunbrella fabric only.
This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Click here to learn more about Sunbrella.

Barstools & Dining Chairs

1 Year

Gas lifts and/or the framing on chairs carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, breakage due to improper use or lack of care is not covered under warranty.
The upholstery on chairs is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, pilling, colour transfer or upholstery that has been treated with consumer applied soil repellent.

Metal

1 Year

Metal furniture is under a 1 year warranty that covers against defective material and poor workmanship.

Glass & Marble

1 Year

Glass components are under a 1 year warranty manufacturing defects. Small air bubbles, slight scratching and subtle surface waviness can occur naturally and not considered a defect.
Marble Products are under a 1 year warranty manufacturing defects.
The Marble pattern and tones may vary slightly from product to product with each piece having a unique pattern. This is due to the natural raw material properties and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Mechanical

1 Year

Mechanical components include drawer and door slides, lighting, locks and door hinges. These components carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, breakage due to improper use or lack of care is not covered under warranty.

Specific Products

5 Years: Devon

10 Years: Cubo, Tempo, Colby

These particular products are under a 5 or 10 year warranty that covers against defective materials and workmanship.
Timber products, being a natural material, are subject to change and movement. Normal wear and tear, changes to the appearance of the item due to normal expansion and contraction of timber as it reacts to climatic changes in its environment, improper care and damage from sunlight and excessive temperatures are not circumstances covered under warranty.

Does not include damage caused by modifications made to the product, e.g. removal, change or alteration of parts or hardware, or modifications to the surface e.g. paints, dyes, stains.
This includes domestic use only. We cannot cover commercial use.
This warranty does not cover furniture purchased second hand. Any claims must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer.
